How do I use Tendy's Live Chat feature through the Merchant Dashboard?

In the event that you're unable to find the answers that you're looking for in our Tendy support articles, you can contact us through our Live Chat program.

To access Tendy’s LiveChat through your Merchant Dashboard, tap on the green chat bubble located in the bottom-right corner of any screen in your Merchant Dashboard. Please note that this LiveChat feature can be accessed at any time, on any screen in the Merchant Admin portal.

Tendy LiveChat may ask you a couple of questions on how we can help you and it may also direct you to some support articles that might be applicable to your inquiry but if those articles aren't very helpful, just hang tight and a Tendy Support representative will be in touch with you shortly!
