We've been hard at work fixing bugs to enhance your Tendy POS experience. Check out the list below for the improvements we've made:

New Features and Enhancements:

  • Moneris Payment Integration (E-commerce):

    • Seamlessly integrate Moneris for online payments on your E-commerce platform.

  • Ecomm Website Improvements:

    • Update website Favicon for a more polished look.

    • Implement SEO optimizations for improved online visibility.

    • Redesigned Product Detail Page with OCS Information for a better user experience.

  • Enhanced Dashboard Features:

    • Cash Vault Management for streamlined cash handling.

    • User-friendly error messaging for dashboard upload issues.

    • Reverse lot ordering for better organization.

    • Can create and use 0$ reward tiers

    • Configure Tendy Ecomm Website and Delivery/Pick Up settings easily.

    • Admins can now create promotions without the need for location selection in advance.

    • Brand filter UX improvements in the Promotions section.

  • POS - Display Refunds in Order History:

    • Added refunds as individual line items in the order history

  • POS Order History Loading

    • The Order history view has been Capped at 20 orders until the budtender scrolls down to improve loading times.

  • POS Cash management improvements

    • New transfer cash option that takes cash out of your vault and adds it to your POS station

    • New breakdown of "Total cash drop" and "end-of-day cash drop" so users can easily tell what amount they have to drop right now, and how much they dropped throughout the entire day

  • Additional Features:

    • Display Cannabinoid Detail % in ASN File Upload.

  • Technical Upgrades:

    • Upgrade to AWS SDK V3 for enhanced performance.

  • User Experience:

    • Consumer login time increase for Tendy Ecomm.

  • Product Card Fix:

    • We have investigated and resolved Tendy Product Card Android-specific issues.

  • Master Product Updates

    • Going forward, Existing Master Product information will be updated once per week

  • Price per gram

    • We have added a price per gram, automatically calculated based on cart equivalency, which will now display on Flower products


Bug Fixes:

  • Swipe to Remove Improvement:

    • We've enhanced the swipe-to-remove products from cart functionality for a smoother and faster experience.

  • GTIN Copy-Paste Fix:

    • Copy-pasting GTIN in PMD search now works as expected.

  • Terpenes and Aromas Search:

    • Resolved issues with searching terpenes and aromas for easier product adjustments.

  • Variant Pricing Display:

    • E-commerce products with multiple variants now display the lowest price first and order from lowest to highest.

  • Negative Fulfillment Time Fix:

    • Fulfillment Time no longer accepts negative values, ensuring accurate processing.

  • Variant of Variants Removal:

    • The Tendy dashboard now correctly handles variants of variants, preventing their creation.

  • Weight Validation Placement:

    • Weight validation now appears on top of variants in the POS for better visibility.

  • Sign-Up Reward Confetti Animation:

    • Consumers can now enjoy the confetti animation upon sign-up if there is a sign-up reward for a more celebratory experience.

  • Tax Discrepancy Resolution:

    • Ensured consistent tax display in Tendy POS, email receipt, print receipt, and text receipt.

  • Email Membership Points Correction:

    • Fixed issues with incorrect membership points displayed in email receipts.

  • Membership History Order Details Fix:

    • Consumers can now view order details from previous orders without errors from the membership history section

  • POS Order History Sorting:

    • Completed orders now correctly appear at the top of the order history section in the POS.

  • Search improvements in POS

    • The keyboard no longer goes away on its own. You must click to confirm your search criteria

  • After Delivery Hours Correction:

    • Delivery Ecomm now correctly reads the next days hours instead of the hours for 'Sunday' when checking out and selecting ASAP as your pickup time when your store is closed.

  • Membership Search Confirmation:

    • Admins can confirm membership redeemable/earnable products without losing previous choices when searching.

  • Subcategory Search Fix:

    • Admins can now search for subcategory products in membership earning and redeeming selection.

  • Sale Tag Visibility:

    • Sale tags are now displayed on the variant selection dropdown in the Ecomm tile view.

  • Product Variant Pop-Up:

    • The product variant pop-up stays on the screen without scrolling to the top when scrolling through products.

  • Employee Locations Fix:

    • Employees can no longer place orders when they have been unassigned from that location.

  • History Tab Search Correction:

    • POS search now works as expected on the history tab.

  • E-commerce Address Issue:

    • Added error messaging for when a consumer uses an incomplete address from Google Chrome autofill

  • Payment Settings Stability:

    • Payment settings no longer reset when the app is closed.

  • Refund Loyalty Correction:

    • Fixed negative point balance issues related to refund loyalty.

  • Refund Completion Fix:

    • Refunds are no longer marked as complete when they time out.

  • Mobile Sort Order Fix:

    • E-commerce sort order now works correctly on mobile.

  • Empty Cart Creation Issue:

    • Pressing "Start A New Order" will force you to delete the newly created cart or park it manually. This should result in less empty parked carts

  • Improved UX for Parked Orders

    • Better flow and clearer buttons on when to park vs delete orders

  • Tip Refund Screen Size Fix:

    • Fixed issues with the POS tip refund not displaying on certain screen sizes.

  • Unverified Dashboard Toggle Correction:

    • The dashboard unverified toggle now correctly shows users with either verified email or phone numbers.

  • Compliance Report Clarification:

    • Admin compliance report now accurately distinguishes cancellations from refunds.

  • Guest users will no longer be able to earn any membership points

    • A user will be required to verify an email and/or phone number to complete enrollment in the Membership program

  • Cart-based Preset discount fix

    • Preset discounts set to apply to cart will now do so correctly instead of being applied to the products individually.
