In the event that you need to review your employee security roles, or the security role privileges and what each role entails, you can view this on the Employees category in the Merchant Dashboard.
To view your employee list:
Select the Employees category in the left sidebar on the Merchant Dashboard and then select Employee List. The employees list will - by default - list all employees in alphabetical order by name, as well as display their email address and security role. Tapping on a user's name will display the user information for the employee, which you can add or edit. This information includes:
Name
Phone Number
Email
Role
User Type
Locations assigned to user
To view your business' security roles for users
Select the Employees category in the left sidebar on the Merchant Dashboard and then select Security Roles. The list of security roles will - by default - list all user roles in alphabetical order by Title, as well as display a description of the role. Selecting a respective role will display additional information about the role which you can configure. This includes POS and Merchant Dashboard abilities including:

To make any changes to this options, simply toggle the respective slider switch for the option. When you have made any changes to the security role abilities, click on the SAVE button to finalize these changes.
