Adding a new printer or scanner to the Tendy POS system is a straightforward process managed through the Settings menu.
To connect a new or additional printer, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Settings menu by tapping the gear icon in the top-right corner of the main screen.
Select POS Settings.
Tap the Add new device button under the Printer section. A pop-up window will appear.
Choose your printer's connection interface: USBl, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
Select your printer from the list of detected devices.
Tendy POS supports several Star Micronics printer devices, including the TSP, MCP, POP, BSC, and SM series. If your printer isn't on the list, contact Tendy Customer Support for help.
