My Star-Micronics Printer is not working in Windows

Although Star-Micronics printers are typically plug and play, you may experience difficulty in it functioning properly with the Windows-build of Tendy.

If you are indeed experiencing difficulties with the Windows-build of Tendy, please try downloading and installing the following file from Star-Micronics' official website.

Please that this download is for the supported printer models:

  • MCL32 (mC-Label3)

  • MCL21 (mC-Label2)

  • MCP20/21 (mC-Print2)

  • MCP30 (mC-Print3)

  • MCP31 (mC-Print3)

  • POP10 (mPOP)

  • POP10CI (mPOP)

  • POP10CBI (mPOP)

  • TSP100IV

  • TSP100IV SK

  • BSC10II *

If your printer is not listed above, please check with your printer's official manufacturer website for further assistance regarding Windows OS software and drivers for your printer.

* This software can be used in Standard mode.
The mode setting status can be checked from [Operation Mode] in the list that is printed at printer test printing. (For the test printing, turn power ON while holding down the FEED button.)
When using in a different mode, please contact the vendor that you purchased your printer from.
