What are "FAQs", and how do I add them to my store through the Merchant Dashboard?

FAQs are "Frequently Asked Questions" and the FAQ screen allows you to add these FAQs to your Tendy store that your customers may commonly ask. This allows your customers and store to get immediate answers right away for more commonly-asked questions relating to your store. Examples of FAQs could be what your store hours, store holiday hours, badge system or earning rate for your membership points are.

To add a new FAQ, tap on the + button from the FAQ tab of MEMBERSHIP and a popup window will appear allowing you to input an FAQ question, and answer. To edit an existing FAQ, simply click on the FAQ that you wish to edit and an edit window will appear allowing you to make revisions, or you can delete the FAQ entirely using the DELETE button.

Lastly, to reset your FAQ section entirely, simply click on RESET FAQ from the FAQ list screen.
