The Cash Management Log gives you a detailed view of your cash flow summary and details for your business. This can be accessed by selecting the Insights sub-category from the ANALYTICS category, and then selecting Cash Management Log from the Reporting drop-down menu.
Cash Flow Summary outlines each and every cash flow transaction that you process on your POS system. Transactions shown in this window are listed by Date of Transaction, Store Location, Cash Flow Type, which employee processed the transaction, the total amount of cash flow actioned and the note or reason for the transaction.
Cash Flow Details outlines your history of POS cash management and lists the date of the cash move, the store location, total amount of cash moved, starting and ending float, expected amount, ending card and card expected. Data on this screen can be filtered by start date, transaction type and location.
