We’re constantly striving to improve your Tendy experience and this month, we’ve got some exciting new updates and fixes on the way. Here’s a quick look at what’s coming:
New Features & Enhancements
Dashboard
Day-Specific Promotion Scheduling: You can now schedule promotions on specific days of the week and during particular hours, offering more control over your discount timing. There might be a maximum delay of 5 minutes from when your promotions are scheduled to begin and when the sale tag appears.
Channel-Specific Promotions: Promotions can now be targeted to in-store (POS), online (e-commerce store), or both channels.
Location-Based Pricing Groups: Create and manage pricing groups per location, allowing for region-specific pricing strategies.
When editing price individually, bulk updating pricing via the Tendy template, or updating markup/margin settings, users will now see a warning to prevent accidental changes when pricing groups are set up.
Pricing groups can be created under Settings -> Pricing group
More Loyalty Tiers: We've expanded the loyalty program! Now you can create additional tiers to better segment and reward your customers.
View All Purchase Orders: If no location is selected in the dashboard, all purchase orders for the business will now be displayed.
Inventory Audit Export / Import: There is now a button to re-import Inventory Audits if they are used to perform the inventory count in the exported Inventory Audit spreadsheet.
New pre-set discount type: Can now create discounts accessible from the POS that are based on Cost + %
Force Merge Permission: A new permission setting allows admins to control who can perform force merges

Variant Order Fix: Will now correctly display the cheapest Variant

Variant Order Fix: Will now correctly display the cheapest Variant
Split Refunds Fix: Resolved issues related to orders jumping around in the list after partially refunding, as well as some display issues with the amount refunded.
Unopened day orders: Fixed an issue that made it possible to take payment without having a day open if you switch device profiles with an open order.
Order Time Correction: Will now correctly display the time orders were submitted instead of the creation time

Variant Search Improvement: Can now search for variants using GTIN on the Product List
Unarchiving Products: Products should now correctly unarchive if they are added via a Purchase order. Also, products that have been archived will no longer be included when checking for duplicates when saving GTINs and SKUs.
Compliance Type fix for Vaporizers: Vaporizers without cannabis should be correctly categorized under the accessory compliance type going forward.
