We’re constantly striving to improve your Tendy experience and this month, we’ve got some exciting new updates and fixes on the way. Here’s a quick look at what’s coming:
New Features & Enhancements
Dashboard
AI-Powered Purchase Order Upload: You can now upload a purchase order file, and our new AI will automatically read the document and populate your purchase order within Tendy. We will slowly be rolling out different file formats based on how our internal testing goes to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
With this Purchase Order enhancement, we will be deprecating our original purchase order flow to ensure we can maintain quality with this version.
Editable Quantities: Easily adjust the quantity of any item on your AI-generated purchase order directly within the Tendy dashboard.
Add Products to POs: Need to add an item that wasn't in your original file or missed by AI? You can now add new products directly to your purchase order before finalizing it.
Completed POs now Export as Tendy Templates: Easily export a Tendy-formatted file from the purchase order completed view to help you add terps, or other missing information.
Weighted Cost Calculation: We've implemented a new method for calculating costs, providing a clearer understanding of the weighted cost of your inventory over time, particularly when lot tracking is not utilized.
Verification: Budtenders can override verification for customers having issues with updating phone numbers, and unverified customers can earn points on orders.
Branding Colour Correction: The branding colours for new users landing on a business page for the first time have been corrected for a more consistent visual experience.
Reporting
Archived Products in Reports: Archived products will now correctly appear in compliance reports, providing a more complete view of your inventory history.
Bug Fixes
POS
Lot Changes and Discounts: We've fixed an issue where changing a lot after submitting an order would incorrectly remove rewards and discounts from an order, preventing it from being completed.
Dashboard
Audit Confirmation: The audit exit confirmation no longer appears in unexpected places.
Variant Markup: An issue where the variant markup was not being applied correctly when a new lot was added has been resolved.
Purchase Order Flow: The "3-dot menu" has been removed from existing products within the purchase order flow to prevent confusion.
Variant Updating: Variants will update Cannabinoid information when saving or creating correctly.
Special Characters in Passwords: The special character requirements for passwords should be consistent between the POS and dashboard
Transfer Fixes: Unselected lots will no longer transfer, and quantities added should be saved automatically.
IMPORTANT: To ensure that these updates are properly reflected on your system, please note that you may need to clear your browser’s cache. If you require assistance, please contact Tendy Support and we’ll be happy to assist.
