New Features & Enhancements
Dashboard
Extended Store Hours: You can now set your store hours to be open past midnight.
Manitoba Jurisdiction Support: A new inventory snapshot is available for the Cannabis Store Tracking as well as LGCA and MBLL compliance reports.
Sale Price Margin/Markup Calculation: The pricing section now includes accurate calculations for Sales Markup Percentage and Sales Margin Percentage for both in-store and online sale prices
Location-Based SKUs: The system now supports unique SKUs per location for stores operating across different jurisdictions/provinces.
Cannabinoid/Terpene Display Logic: Reverted changes to displaying Cannabinoid and Terpene data for Purchase Order items.
POS
Direct Help Center Access: A direct link to the Tendy Help Center is now available from the help section within the POS:
Faster Customer Profile Updates: Budtenders can now update a customer's phone number and save it without immediate re-verification. This streamlines in-store account creation and updates.
Improved Cart Quantity Editing: Budtenders can now edit product quantities in the cart by typing in a number, making it faster to process large orders, like multiple edibles:
Kiosk Guest Checkout: Kiosk Mode now allows for guest checkout, where no customer information is required.
Bug Fixes
POS
Special Characters in Customer Names: Fixed a critical bug that prevented products from being added to the cart, or orders from being completed/cancelled, for customers whose names included special characters.
Order Completed with "N/A" Card: Fixed an issue where orders could be incorrectly marked as complete with an "N/A" payment method due to latency issues with the Clover terminal.
Point Adjustment Error: Resolved the error that prevented a point adjustment from being performed when a loyalty program did not have earning and redeeming settings configured.
Weight Limit Not Updating: The POS will now correctly respect and display the updated weight limit set in the Admin Inventory settings.
Dashboard
Markup Warning in PO Flow: The incorrect "auto markup" warning no longer appears in the Purchase Order flow when the markup is properly set.
PO Saving Resets Pagination: Fixed the issue in the Purchase Order flow where saving a product would reset the pagination, sending the user back to the first page.
Pricing Group Population: Resolved an issue where pricing groups were not populating price details for products that hadn't yet received inventory, affecting multi-location price synchronization.
AI PO Internal Server Error: Fixed the "Internal Server Error" that would occur when attempting to upload large XLSX or CSV files through the AI Purchase Order system
