Need to update a product's details, like its price, THC/CBD content, or inventory count? The Tendy Merchant Dashboard makes it easy to edit product and variant information to keep your online store and POS up to date.
Locating the Product You Want to Edit
Log in to your Tendy Merchant Dashboard.
On the left-hand menu, click on the Products tab.
Select Product List from the sub-menu.
Next, find the product you want to edit from the list. You can use the search bar to find it by name, SKU, or GTIN number.
Click on the product to open its details for editing.
Editing Product Information
Once you've selected a product, you can access and modify its core information, including:
General Information: Product Name, Brand, Category, Compliance Type, and Tax information.
Inventory and Pricing: You can adjust the wholesale price, retail price, and markup percentage.
SKU and Barcode: View or edit the product's SKU and barcode number.
Description: Add or change the product description.
THC/CBD Information: Update the THC and CBD values and specify if they are a single value or a range.
Once you've made all your changes, be sure to click the SAVE button to apply the updates to your product catalog.
