System error received while attempting to use Tendy on a Microsoft Windows device

If you are receiving a system error while attempting to install the Tendy POS app in Windows, or attempting to install driver support files for your Zebra barcode scanner in Microsoft Windows, please first download and install this Microsoft support file.

This file will enable Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library compatibility for your Windows device. If you're not sure of which MS Visual C++ version to download and install on your device, please check your Windows device's system settings, or consult with the documentation that is included with your device.

If however, you receive an message that the downloaded file has been blocked by your native anti-virus program, you can still install the file by clicking on "More Info" on that popup window, and then selecting "Run Anyways". (Don't worry, this file is from Microsoft Windows' official product support page, and is safe to use.)
