How to mark a Customer order as "ready"

Updated over a year ago

The Placed orders column displays orders that have been received, but may not have received payment, or is not yet ready. Tapping on an individual Placed Order will display the details of the order on the right-sidebar. The information shown in the right sidebar include:

  • Customer Name

  • Date and Time of order placed

  • Order #

  • Order Notes (if any)

Tapping on the ^ (UP) arrow located above the cart total will expand this tab and display the order weight limit, subtotal, new subtotal (if applicable) and taxes. Finally, in the bottom of the right-sidebar, you have the option of canceling the order, taking payment for the order, and marking the order as ready:

When orders appear in this column, your store staff will need to prepare the order. Once the order has been sorted and is ready for the customer, tap on the MARK AS READY button and the order automatically be moved to the READY column for payment.

If either you or the customer wishes to cancel the order at this point in the transaction, tap on the white CANCEL button and the order will be marked as canceled.

In addition, a fourth option located at the bottom-right of a shopping cart for an online order also allows you to reprint receipts. You can also skip this step by taking payment for an in-store order, which will disable the ability to mark that specific order as "ready".
