To search your business database for a specific customer, you can input a customer name, phone number or email address into the search field, and any matching results will automatically display. To search for another customer, or to remove the customer’s information from the screen and return to the default SIGN UP CUSTOMER screen, simply tap on the X in the search bar to remove the search result.
You can tell which result is verified by a verification checkmark next to it. This will help avoiding using the wrong profile of a customers. This is especially important for businesses with membership. If the customer is not verified they will not be able to earn or redeem points.
Alternatively, you can also search directly from the cart view by Name, Phone Number or Email Address, then switch to Customers tab to view their details.
