How do customers verify their accounts?

Sending a verification notification to unverified customers

When a customer account has been created, customers will need to verify their account by accepting the verification link that is sent to them either by email address or the mobile number that is specified in their customer profile. If the customer has not verified their account, a yellow “Send Verification” button will appear next to their email address or mobile number on this screen on your Tendy POS app. Tapping on this yellow button will send a verification confirmation to the customer to the contact method of their choice.
