What's my Business Insights reporting on the Merchant Dashboard?

At a glance, the Insights and Reports screen gives you a high-level overview of all your businesses in terms of sales and performance. This is your Overview screen in the navigation bar. Key Performance Metrics (1) provides you with information on your current revenue, orders received, average basket size, orders refunded and amount refunded. You can get a visual representation of your sales and orders by locations (2), average basket size by location (3), leading sales by category (4) and sales performance across locations (5). These categories can be sorted by your individual stores (6), as well as by date range (7).
