Overview
The Customers Overview provides comparison data for both Registered and Guest customers at your stores and outlines the following:
Orders Received
Revenue
Number of Registered or Guest Users
Average Basket Size
Customer Count summarizes your total customers and Age Cohorts provides a visual on the percentage of customers your business receives, in specific age groups. Customer Average Basket Size by User Type gives you a visual on the number of Registered versus Guest orders, based on basket size. These details can be sorted by specific store, as well as date range.
Customer Segmentation
Customer Segmentation tab allows you to view comparative data between Registered and Guest users, as well as reporting details for Top Selling Categories, Top Selling Categories by Brand and Hourly Transactions by both Orders and Brand. These details can be sorted by specific store, as well as date range. This page can be used to understand how various segments spend at your store. With this information and the ability to export your segmented customer list, you can now run targeted marketing campaigns rather than blanket marketing.
New Customer Trends
New Customer Trends provides insight on how well your business is performing with new customers. Key Performance Metrics (1) allows you to measure the number of new customers, churn, orders, and revenue. These details can be sorted by specific store, as well as date range.
Customer Repeat Purchases
The Customer Repeat Purchases tab helps you understand the repeat purchases and revenue generated from new customers acquired each month. On the first graph, select a month, and see those customers' subsequent behaviours in the following tables. New Customers Acquired Each Month displays the number of customers who made purchases in their first month. Simply select a month to isolate the purchase behaviour in the following Repeat Purchases by Month chart. These details can be sorted by specific date range.
