Understanding your Budtenders analytics from within the Merchant Dashboard

The Budtenders tab in the Insights subcategory under Analytics allows you to see employees’ performance at your stores and provides Key Performance Metrics such as how much revenue they have collected, how many orders they have received, number of registered users that they signed up, and average basket size of orders that they have processed.

Under Budtender Insights Overview, you can specify the date range, respective store, employee and brands for a more granular look at your Budtender reporting.

Employee Sales Ratio provides a visual of sales by each employee at your location for the specified time frame.

Key Performance Metrics sales productivity, and is calculated by total sales in the given time period by total number of employees. The higher the sales ratio is, the more productive the employee is. Additional metrics such as Budtender Performance gives you a leaderboard view of how well each employee is performing and Category Sales by Budtender displays how much revenue an employee generates for each category. Top-Selling Products gives you insight on your best selling products and allows you to filter the results by product name, brand, weight, units sold, revenue generated and average price.

Net Timeline provides a visual summary of registered vs non-registered orders received for the specified time frame.

By default, the specified time range is the past 30 days.
