Understanding your Marketing analytics from within the Merchant Dashboard

The Marketing tab located in the Insights subcategory of Analytics gives you an overview of your membership program and provides a detailed analysis of Key Performance Metrics such as:

  • Total Number of New Users

  • Total Number of Active Users

  • Redemption Rate

  • Orders Per User

  • Average Points Earned

  • Revenue Per User

Visual chart data outlines Points Earned versus Points Redeemed, Member Earning Methods and Member Signup Trends helps you understand membership performance for your business. Clicking on this dropdown tab will allow you to access these additional analytic report categories:

  • Member Program

  • Member Details

  • Member Badges

  • Promo Codes

  • Promo Code Details

Member Details

The Member Details tab provides a summary of your members, what they earned or redeemed, including on badges. Data can be sorted by a specific date range and filtered to display customers by name. TIP: You can export CSV date for any of the reports simply by right clicking on the respective chart.

Member Badges

The Member Badges tab allows you to view an overall summary of your store's members, loyalty number, date of birth, phone number and points outstanding. Members are attributed to a location based on their first order purchase. Unassigned membership details means the order was likely purchased online. Member Transactions Details outlines transactions based on loyalty program, promotional code used, discount type, code used, etc.

Promo Codes

The Promo Codes tab allows you insight on Key Performance Metrics for the following data:

  • Average Basket Size before discount

  • Average Basket Size after discount

  • Average Discount

  • Total Number of Orders with Promo Codes

  • Total Orders

Data can be sorted by a specific date range, the respective promo code and unique store location.

Promo Code Details

The Promo Code Details screen provides an overview of promo code usage and how much discount it was applied to a particular basket order. On this screen, you can even view how many times a specific promo code was used and the effect of the promo code in driving brand, category and product sales. This data can be filtered by specific store location, unique promo code and date range.
