Understanding Your Tendy Order History Screen

Your Tendy History Tab displays your store’s most recent orders in descending order from the newest order, to the oldest. These orders are displayed, and can be sorted in ascending or descending order by the following categories:

  • Customer Name

  • Order #

  • Date of Order

  • Loyalty Points (if applicable)

  • Order Total

  • Order Status

The right sidebar on this screen allows you to view the products of any individual order simply by tapping on an order that is listed on the left. Once you tap on an order, the right sidebar will display the following information:

  1. Customer Name

  2. Date and Time of Order

  3. Order Number

  4. If the order was placed in-store, on ecommerce, or on Kiosk

  5. If the order is for delivery or for pick up

  6. Pick up time

  7. Asap or Time slotted order

  8. Notes if applied

  9. The POS used for the Order

  10. Order Status

  11. Name of the product, variant name, and brand

  12. Lot number of the product

  13. Quantity and if they were scanned

  14. Cost of the product

  15. Total Items in the order

  16. Total cost of the Order

Along the bottom of the right sidebar is an expandable tab that lists the total quantity of items and total price of the order. Tapping on the ^ (UP) arrow will expand this tab and display the order weight limit, subtotal, any applied promocodes or redeemed membership points, new subtotal (if applicable) and taxes.

For completed orders, you can process a refund by tapping on the REFUND button, or reprint the purchase receipt by tapping on REPRINT RECEIPT.
