To apply a promotional code or discount rate to a Parked-Pending order, you can tap on the UP ARROW in the shopping cart to expand the cart details and then select the PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS button:
Next, you can select the promo code tab and do the following:
Select the Pre-Set discounts tab where you can select and apply a relevant discount
Select the Custom discount tab and create your own discount on the fly
You can then apply the discount to the entire cart or individual items
You can then add notes so your manager knows what the discount was for
Membership points are always applied on the latest subtotal. So if you apply points first or last the result will be the same,
For example:
If customer order is $100
10% discount is applied so order total is now $90
1,000 loyalty point discount for $10 off is applied so total is now $80 ($20 off)
The other way around would be
If customer order is $100
1,000 loyalty point discount for $10 off is applied so total is now $90
10% discount is applied so order total is now $80 ($20off)
